Residence

Il Ruscello is a modern and peaceful resort, surrounded by a large property, which lies on the outskirts of Manerba del Garda. A romantic grove crossed by a stream, after which the residence is named, is at the foot of the complex. 

Opened in 2009, the residence was initially conceived as a purely tourist facility, with 18 apartments.

Recently, following some changes, only 3 apartments, of various sizes and all located on the ground floor near the swimming pool, will continue to be used for tourist purposes and managed by Dotis Group.

The Ruscello is located about 2 km from the historical centre of Manerba del Garda, a distance that allows access to the main services of the village and the beaches in a few minutes by car.

A few bars, bakeries and a restaurant are in the immediate vicinity, while the famous Garda Golf is only 600 metres away.

The apartments, furnished with a modern and functional design, are equipped with air conditioning/heat pump in every room, to ensure maximum comfort in every season.

Apartments

1 ½ bedroom apartment with mezzanine nr 2 (up to 4 persons): ground floor with terrace, close to the common swimming pool.
Living room with kitchen and sofa bed, mezzanine open onto the living room with one futon double bed, one bedroom with double bed. One bathroom with shower.

2 bedroom apartment nr 3 (up to 5 persons): ground floor with terrace, close to the common swimming pool. 
Living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, two bedrooms one with double bed and one with queen size bed. One bathroom with shower.

3 bedroom apartment nr 6 (up to 5 persons): ground floor with terrace.
Living room with kitchen and dining area (no sofa), three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with one queen size bed. Two bathrooms with shower. 

* The mentioned maximum persons include also children and babies
* Bed sizes: double beds (160 x 190 cm) - queen size bed (145 x 190 cm) - sofa bed (140 x 180 cm one person)

Services

The three available apartments for tourist use are all located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and terrace, near the swimming pool for shared use.

Each apartment has a reserved and furnished outdoor area with a table and chairs and two reserved deckchairs.

The apartments are equipped with a kitchen with electric cooker (4 plates), dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment and all crockery and accessories. There are no spices or basic foodstuffs in the kitchen.

They are also equipped with a safe, hairdryer, LCD TV with satellite decoder, air conditioning and heat pump (on consumption). Toaster and kettle are not available.

Included services: final cleaning, first supply of bed linen and towels, WIFI, one parking place per apartment, swimming pool with integrated child pool (common use).

Extra services: air conditioning and heating (on consumption, Euro 0,70 KW/h), baby cot (Euro 5,00 per day), highchair (Euro 3,00 per day)

Only one pet is allowed per flat for Euro 15.00/day: a small to medium-sized dog (max. 15 kg) or a cat. Dogs belonging to dangerous breeds are not allowed.

The first supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price, there are no changes. For stays longer than one week, an additional set of towels per person is provided.

Please note that the apartments are not equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and there is no laundry room on site. However, there is a launderette in the immediate vicinity (approx. 500 metres).

The tourist tax is not included: Euro 1,60 person/day to be paid cash on spot (excluded kids up to 14 years)

*IMPORTANT
When booking, please indicate the exact number of people, including infants and children, as prices vary according to the number of people and bed and bath linen is prepared accordingly.
Within 7 days before arrival people can be added (always within the maximum number of people) and the price is adjusted accordingly (euro 5.00 per person/day).
In case fewer people stay than indicated in the reservation, the price will not be reduced.
